Microneedling Krakow - Dermapen, price and effects
Quick answer: microneedling at SkinCareWithMargo starts from 300 PLN for the face. The treatment is often searched for as Dermapen or skin needling and may support smoother texture, firmness, hydration, visible pores and selected post-acne marks.
I first assess the skin and check contraindications. Then I select the working depth, treatment area, sterile single-use cartridge and serum for the therapy goal. If the skin is actively irritated, infected or affected by inflammatory acne, the treatment is postponed and we start with safer preparation.

What is included in the microneedling price?
The microneedling price in Krakow covers a complete visit protocol, not just a short device procedure:
- consultation and professional qualification
- skin assessment, interview and contraindication check
- make-up removal, cleansing and skin preparation
- disinfection and sterile single-use cartridge
- microneedling with the Dr. Pen Ultima M7
- individually selected professional serum
- soothing mask, finishing cream and SPF
- aftercare and home-care instructions
The protocol may be adjusted when the skin needs a gentler approach. Safety and correct qualification are more important than using the same routine for every client.
How does microneedling work?
During treatment, a device with a fine-needle cartridge creates controlled microchannels in the skin. This stimulates natural renewal and supports work on texture, firmness and overall skin quality.
The settings are not the same for the whole face. Thinner areas are treated more gently, while cheeks, chin or selected scars may need different parameters. Every area is assessed separately.
Which cartridges are used?
I use sterile single-use cartridges selected for the area and treatment plan. They may contain 24, 36 or 42 needles.
The cartridge is opened before treatment, used for one visit only and safely disposed of afterwards.
Which professional serums may be used?
The serum is selected after skin assessment, not from one fixed template. Depending on the need, formulas may include hyaluronic acid, peptides, amino acids, panthenol, vitamin C, collagen, Centella asiatica, polynucleotides, PDRN or exosomes.
I work with products from brands such as Mesoestetic, Natinuel, Matrigen and MCCM/MC Cosmetics. Final selection depends on skin qualification and the therapy goal.
Microneedling effects - texture, pores and acne scars
Depending on skin condition and the number of sessions, microneedling may support:
- smoother texture
- reduced visibility of pores
- improved firmness and elasticity
- softening of fine lines
- improvement in selected acne scars
- a fresher, more even-looking complexion
Results are individual and depend on the skin, treatment regularity, home care and SPF. Microneedling does not replace dermatological care.
Who may benefit from microneedling?
The treatment may be considered for:
- uneven skin texture
- enlarged pores
- loss of firmness
- fine lines and early signs of ageing
- dull or tired-looking skin
- post-inflammatory pigmentation
- acne scars once active inflammation has resolved
- skin that needs regeneration and an improvement in overall quality
The treatment must be postponed if there is active acne, significant inflammation, infection or a flare-up of a dermatological condition. In such cases, the inflammation should first be managed and a dermatological consultation may be recommended.
What happens during a microneedling treatment step by step?
1
Consultation and qualification
We discuss health, medication, skin reactions, skincare and goals. I check whether treatment is safe and useful at that moment.
2

Make-up, SPF and impurities are removed. Cleansing is adapted to skin type and sensitivity.
3
Preparation
Where suitable, preparation may include ultrasonic cavitation peeling and disinfection according to protocol.
4
Parameter selection
I choose the cartridge, working depth and serum for the area and skin concern.
5
Microneedling
The treatment is performed with the Dr. Pen Ultima M7. Intensity is adapted to the skin and tolerance, without anaesthetic.
6
Soothing
I apply a post-treatment mask, cooling where appropriate, then cream and SPF.
7
Aftercare
You receive clear instructions on hygiene, make-up, exercise, SPF and home care.

Personalised home-skincare analysis
After treatment, you can send photos of your current skincare products. I check what can stay, what should be paused and what may be missing during recovery.
If an extra product is needed, I suggest a specific independent option. I do not sell cosmetics in the studio.
What should I expect after microneedling?
Immediately after treatment, the skin may be red, warm, tight, sensitive, slightly swollen, dry or mildly flaky over the following days. The reaction depends on the settings and individual sensitivity.
Until the skin calms down, avoid irritating actives, exfoliants, sauna, swimming, intense exercise and sun exposure. Detailed instructions are given after treatment.
Essential aftercare instructions
- do not touch the skin with unwashed hands
- use gentle cleansing and recommended skincare
- apply SPF regularly
- avoid exfoliants and irritating active ingredients
- temporarily avoid sauna, swimming and strenuous exercise
- contact me if the reaction worries you or becomes stronger
Microneedling contraindications
The treatment is not performed in cases including pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infections, herpes, active inflammatory acne, flare-ups of skin disease, fresh skin damage, clotting disorders, tendency to keloids, selected chronic conditions or sensitivity to ingredients in the planned product.
Final qualification is based on the consultation. Medical approval may be needed in case of illness, treatment or uncertainty.
Hygiene and safety
The treatment station and working surfaces are prepared after every client. During the procedure I use a sterile single-use cartridge, gloves, disposable hygiene materials and products intended for professional cosmetic procedures.
Needle cartridges are never reused or shared between clients.
Why choose SkinCareWithMargo?
I do not treat microneedling as a short service performed from one fixed template. First I check whether the skin is ready; if calming inflammation or barrier repair is a better start, I say so directly.
Each visit includes preparation, the treatment, soothing care and aftercare advice. I do not sell cosmetics in the studio, and recommendations are based on actual skin needs.
I am a qualified cosmetologist with two years of professional education in Poland. Your visit can be conducted in Polish, English or Russian.
